Light is a visual style that debuted with client builds in Windows 10 May 2019 Update build 18282 and in server builds starting with Iron build 20201. This theme causes the taskbar, Action Center, Start menu and the touch keyboard to be colored white. However, it is not possible to set color on them but setting the title bars to be colorized still works.
