Windows MultiPoint Server 2010 (codenamed Solution Server) is a server operating system based on Windows Server 2008 R2. It was made generally available on 24 February 2010[1] and is designed for use in educational institutions. It is the first release of Windows MultiPoint Server.

The premise of the Windows MultiPoint Server family focuses on each student having their own dedicated station (a physical Remote Desktop client) that is managed through a single server, which is capable of processing a large number of simultaneous requests from all clients. The operating system is only available under the Standard edition.
