Windows 10 2022 Update (also known as version 22H2) is the last feature update to Windows 10, which was released on 18 October 2022.[1] It is the first and only version of Windows 10 to be released under the new annual release cadence, which was introduced in 2021 after the release of Windows 11. On 27 April 2023, it was announced that this version would be the last version of Windows 10 overall[2] and Microsoft decided to extend support until 14 October 2025.

Upon release, this version was accidentally pushed to users of Windows 10 LTSC 2021 (both Enterprise LTSC and IoT Enterprise LTSC), which normally do not receive feature updates. However, downloading and installing it does nothing.[3][4]
