Windows 10 April 2018 Update (also known as version 1803 or Redstone 4) is an update for Windows 10, which was released on 30 April 2018.

It is the first Windows feature update to use the month and year naming scheme for the official update name after previous updates used descriptive names such as November Update, Anniversary Update, Creators Update and the Fall Creators Update. This naming scheme would be in use until Windows 10 November 2021 Update, as Microsoft switched the official naming scheme for future Windows feature updates starting with Windows 11 2022 Update and Windows 10 2022 Update as the operating system switched to an annual release cadence starting with the release of Windows 11.
