Windows 10 build 17004 is the sixth Insider Preview build of Windows 10 April 2018 Update. This build was released to Windows Insiders that were opted into Skip Ahead on 27 September 2017.
Changes[edit | edit source]
- Updated the Start menu's all apps section to use Fluent Design (can be only seen on certain configurations).
- Winver now reports itself as "Version 1709" instead of the "Version 1703" seen in builds 16251 to 16362.
- An icon for Microsoft Edge is now present by default on the desktop.
