Windows 10 build 17074.1002 is a recompile of build 17074. It was released on 18 January 2018 to Fast Ring users of the Windows Insider Program, then to Slow Ring users the next day on 19 January 2018.

- Fixed the issue that caused certain PCs with AMD processors to become unbootable.
- Fixed the issue where certain devices would get stuck loading, causing it to hang on the boot screen after upgrading if virtualization was enabled in the BIOS.
