Windows 10 build 16368 is an internal development build of the Windows 10 April 2018 Update. It was used as the host build for the session Real tales of cyberattacks and the defenses in Windows 10 to stop them at the Microsoft Ignite 2017 conference,[1] demonstrating newly-introduced virtualization-based isolation features and attack surface reduction rules included as part of the Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection feature set.
