Windows Vista build 5360 is an eHome OEM build of Windows Vista, which was shared by BetaArchive user marcoguy on 19 December 2016.[1]
Setup changes[edit | edit source]
Setup has been given another updates:
- A new page has been added, where the user can configure language and regional options for the installation. Notably, it includes the Windows logo, but not the "Windows Vista" text. This is normally already being configured in the Autorun, but it has been replaced in this build with the "Media Center DVD Take Home Launcher".
- The EasyDriver option - first introduced in the eHome OEM build 5329 - has been removed.
- Setup now shows the progress during the first stage, as well as the new logo next to the "Installing Windows" banner. "Beginning installation..." has been renamed to "Please wait...". EULA page has been updated and the I agree/decline option buttons are replaced with a checkbox for agreeing the EULA.
- The message shown in the second stage has been shortened to simply "Please wait...".
Other changes[edit | edit source]
- Internet Explorer calls itself as Internet Explorer 7+ in this build.
