Windows 8 build 8102 (winmain_win8m3_eeap) is a build of Windows 8, which was originally released to Microsoft partners through the Ecosystem Engineering Access Program (EEAP). Similarly to Windows 8 build 8064 also released via the program, it had the entire Metro user interface stripped out at compile time and therefore cannot be redpilled in its vanilla state. This build was uploaded on 31 December 2021.

To install or run this build in VMware Workstation, you must set the hardware compatibility to versions 8.x or 9.x if using a later version of VMWare Workstation such as 14.x; otherwise, a black screen with an error code will appear such as the code
0x0000001A with text that says "Your computer needs to restart. Please hold down the power button."
