Setup[edit | edit source]
When booting from the installation media, the Windows is loading files text has been changed to simply Loading files and it is now left aligned. Additionally, Welcome has been added above. This change only affected builds from kernel development branches until build 8008.
Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]
The spacing in "Welcome" text on the boot screen has been slightly adjusted since build 7985.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
Start screen[edit | edit source]
- Similar to builds 7985 and 7989, an option to "uninstall" the desktop from the Start screen is present but does not function.
Immersive application[edit | edit source]
- After opening an immersive application, going to the switch menu on the charms bar and clicking on a square button to fill it and hovering the show desktop button will show the part of the application in the corner.
