Windows 11 build 22635.4515 is a build of Windows 11 2023 Update. It was released to Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 22 November 2024.

The "Resume" feature, previously implemented in build 22635.4225, has been gradually rolled out. It's a device syncing functionality that's reminiscent of OS X Yosemite and iOS 8's Handoff capabilities and aims to create a seamless OneDrive integration between mobile phone (iOS and Android) and the Windows desktop environment. A cross-device resume notification will be shown to indicate that users can continue working on OneDrive files across devices seamlessly. File Explorer[edit | edit source]

Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]
- The WebAuthn Plugin Authenticator APIs has been updated to support a plugin authentication model for passkeys. This lays the foundation of the ability to choose a third-party provider as an additional choice alongside the native Windows passkey provider while maintaining the Windows Hello user experience.
- A new Ctrt+Alt+- keyboard shortcut has been added to Magnifier for quickly toggling between the current zoom and 1× zoom. This feature is gradually rolled out, but can be activated manually by enabling the
