I already know about it. TRT2011 seems to always do this because of their age (the 2011 part of their username suggests that they might be born in 2011). Another fact about TRT2011 is that they were not good at speaking English (as I said above), which caused articles made by TRT2011 to be poorly written. I also see that some of your reuploads contain custom images. Remember, PNG is the recommended raster image format on BetaWiki, but SVG is recommended for logos. Well, TRT2011 left a message on my user talk page and I told them to stop reuploading images. After that, they stopped editing altogether! I agree with you, and the worst part is when they uploaded the "Huawei OEM Windows 10 boot screen" thingy.
