About file uploads
Ok so I want to add sounds (Startup, Shutdown, Error, and other sounds) To pages like Windows XP in a collapsible area, but the problem is that you aren't able to upload .ogg or .MP3 files, so unless there is another way, please fix this! Beta Kiwi (Talk) Choose 14:59, 1 September 2021 (UTC)

The deletion policy has been clarified in that user talk pages are not eligible for quick deletion.
