|Timebomb||2014-01-15 (+173 days)|
Windows 8.1 build 9471 is a pre-RTM build of Windows 8.1. This build was leaked on 12 August 2013 on Winclub.pl. This build's boot screen now again features the Windows logo seen in build 9419 and earlier, and thus Windows 8 instead of the betta fish seen in the previous builds. Internet Explorer also no longer prompts you if you'd like to open developer tools or not after pressing F12.
This build was previously only leaked in x64, but an ARM architecture version was leaked on 25 January 2019.

Findings, fixes, enhancements[edit | edit source]
SkyDrive[edit | edit source]
All of the SkyDrivePagesTest pages from 9431 are still present in this build and seem to work more or less the same.
However, the SkyDriveOptIn key is no longer called, even though OptInChoice has a default value of 2.
Legacy F12 tools[edit | edit source]
There is no way to return to legacy F12 tools in this build's Internet Explorer.
Lock screen slideshow[edit | edit source]
This build has most of the registry settings of the previous builds and some new ones.
