Windows 8.1 build 9471 is a pre-RTM build of Windows 8.1, which was originally shared on Winclub.pl in the x64 architecture on 12 August 2013. The ARM32 architecture compile of this build was found by BetaWorld user Cghvbnv22 on 12 August 2018 and then was later uploaded to BetaArchive on 25 January 2019.

- Reverted the boot screen back to the Windows logo.
- Internet Explorer no longer prompts to open Developer Tools if F12 is pressed.

SkyDrive[edit | edit source]
All of the SkyDrivePagesTest pages from 9431 are still present in this build and seem to work more or less the same.
However, the SkyDriveOptIn key is no longer called, even though OptInChoice has a default value of 2.
Legacy F12 tools[edit | edit source]
There is no way to return to legacy F12 tools in this build's Internet Explorer.
Lock screen slideshow[edit | edit source]
This build has most of the registry settings of the previous builds and some new ones.
Beta Store[edit | edit source]
It is the last build to use the Windows 8.1 preview store.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
Microsoft Confidentialmay appear to the left of its usual location on secondary monitors.
