Logon screen[edit | edit source]
The logon screen now features an updated sign-in button and a drop-shadow effect for text.
Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]
- New theme wallpapers have been added.
- The timebomb has been extended.
- Several graphics have been updated in Windows Media Center.
- The Windows Media Center intro sound has been updated to the one heard in the RTM.
- The about dialog for Windows Media Player has been made larger.
- The Feedback applet has been removed from the Control Panel. It would later make a final reappearance in Windows 8 build 7746.
