  • The simplified and streamlined design of blue screen of death (previously impelemented in build 26120.3291 and can be activated manually by enabling the 50070238 velocity staging key)

Accessibility[edit | edit source]

A new speech recap feature has been implemented into Narrator for keep tracking of what Narrator has spoken and accessing it for quick reference. Its window can be invoked by pressing the Narrator key+Alt+X keyboard shortcut. This feature is gradually rolled out.

Click to Do[edit | edit source]

  • Click to Do can now perform intelligent text actions in Spanish and French in addition to English.
  • A Click to Do link has been added to the Start menu's All list.

Miscellaneous[edit | edit source]

  • The BypassNRO.cmd script under %SystemRoot%\System32\oobe has been removed, which prevents the oobe\bypassnro command for skipping Internet connectivity and Microsoft account requirements during the out-of-box experience from working properly. The script can still be reactivated by restoring the BypassNRO.cmd script from earlier builds, or manually executing the following command in Command Prompt:
    reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE" /v "BypassNRO" /t "REG_DWORD" /d "1" /f && shutdown /r /t 0

  • A new ⊞ Win+C keyboard shortcut has been added for launching Copilot. Holding the shortcut for 2 seconds will also invoke the "press to talk" feature and start a conversation with Copilot. These changes are gradually rolled out, but can be activated manually by enabling the 55120546 velocity staging key.
