Windows 11 build 26120.2415 is a build of Windows 11 2024 Update. It was released to the Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel on 22 November 2024 as the KB5037898 enablement update to build 26100.2415 (KB5046723). This build was distributed as a checkpoint cumulative update that contains incremental changes since build 26100.1742.

Recall[edit | edit source]
Recall, initially implemented in build 26227 but later removed in build 26241, has been re-implemented with new Click to Do feature. This feature is currently only available on ARM64 devices with an NPU capable of up to 40 TOPs.
Features[edit | edit source]
The following features and changes introduced previously have been gradually rolled out:
- Two new shortcuts for Narrator scan mode (initially implemented in build 22635.4510)
- New message to inform users to update language files manually when using accessibility features (initially implemented in build 22635.4510)
Settings[edit | edit source]
The Privacy & security > Active history page has been removed.
Bugfixes[edit | edit source]
- Fixed an issue that was causing
explorer.exe
to crash sometimes when interacting with app icons on the taskbar. - Fixed the issue that was causing desktop background to not show correctly sometimes with multiple monitors (showing big black areas).
- Fixed an issue that was causing the search box to be drawn off the end of the window.
- Fixed an underlying issue that was cuasing wheel devices to not scroll.
- Fixed an issue that was causing Narrator to crash on launch when using certain natural voices.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
Recall[edit | edit source]
- Clicking links within Recall to submit feedback may experience a delay in loading the Feedback Hub app.
- Users may experience a delay before snapshots first appear in the timeline while using devices.
- The message "Make sure Recall is saving snapshots" may unexpectedly show while the Settings page for Recall shows saving snapshots is enabled.
- Websites added as filters may be saved if the content is in split screen or side bar pane in Microsoft Edge.
- Recall may not currently work with some accessibility applications.
