Windows 11 build 22635.4510 is a build of Windows 11 2023 Update. It was released to Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 15 November 2024.

- The Share button next to recently used items in a jump list for quickly sharing, previously implemented in build 22635.4445, has been gradually rolled out. It can be activated manually by enabling the

velocity staging keys. - The "You're offline. Widgets are unavailable." message on the lock screen when there's no Internet connection, previously implemented in build 22635.4145, has been removed.
- The ability to show additional descriptions and ⊞ Win+Z shortcut hint has been implemented into Snap Assist. It's disabled by default, but can be activated manually by enabling the

parameter set to 0 through 5 for different descriptions.

The new Gamepad keyboard layout for the touch keyboard, temporarily disabled in build 22635.4440, has been gradually re-rolled out. It can be activated manually by enabling the 48433719

Accessibility[edit | edit source]
- Two new shortcuts (skip past links (N), which navigate to the text after a link, and jump to lists (L), which quickly access a list on a web page or a document), have been implemented into Narrator scan mode.
- When using accessibility features (Narrator, voice access, live captions, live translations, and voice typing), a message will be showed to inform users to update language files manually.
