Windows 11 build 26120.2130 is a build of Windows 11 2024 Update. It was released to the Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel on 18 October 2024 as the KB5037898 enablement update to build 26100.2130 (KB5044400). This build was distributed as a checkpoint cumulative update that contains incremental changes since build 26100.1742.

Accessibility[edit | edit source]
- A new shortcut Narrator key+Ctrl+X to copy what Narrator last spoke to clipboard. It follows the pattern of using Narrator key+X which repeats the last spoken phrase out loud.
- Narrator will now read contents of a mail in the new Outlook app automatically.
Bugfixes[edit | edit source]
Shell[edit | edit source]
- Fixed an issue that was causing the login screen contents to not load correctly after waking the device from sleep in certain cases.
- Fixed an issue where pressing ⊞ Win + multiple times wasn't cycling between opened windows (for example, pressing ⊞ Win+1).
- Fixed an issue that was causing the Mica material to not work correctly when using a slideshow for desktop background.

Fixed an underlying issue that was causing clipboard history to not display copied items.
Accessibility[edit | edit source]
- Addressed a performance issue where Narrator would slow down after 15 minutes of continuous use with a single application.
- Fixed an issue where Narrator would add an additional announcement "contains style" whenever its focus is on text that has styling attributes such as bullets, numbers across applications.
- Fixed an issue where few dialogs in Narrator were not adopting the 200% text scaling setting.
- Fixed an issue that was causing live captions to fail to lanuch with the
0xc0000409
exception.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
- Hovering over certain open apps on the taskbar may lead
explorer.exe
to crash. - Clicking or tapping on a letter on Start menu's All list may cause it to break. Restarting
explorer.exe
may resolve this issue.
