Windows 10 build 10240 (winmain_prs) is an unleaked build of Windows 10. A photo of the winver dialog was shared on a BetaArchive topic on 14 July 2015.[1] A screenshot of the Windows Preinstallation Environment was shared on 27 June 2019 along with a copy of its shell32.dll file. This build was also shown on a prototype Surface Pro 4 that was sent to the Federal Communications Commission.[2] Due to the branch being a branch intended for partner releases, it has a timebomb and confidential watermark and uses the "Windows" branding from builds 9821 to 10166 instead of the "Windows 10" one present in both Windows 10 build 10176 (th1) and the concurrent th1 compile of this build.
