Windows 10 build 10240 (winmain_prs) is an unleaked build of Windows 10. A photo of the winver dialog was shared on a BetaArchive topic on 14 July 2015.[1] A screenshot of the Windows Preinstallation Environment was shared on 27 June 2019 along with a copy of its shell32.dll file. This build was also shown on a prototype Surface Pro 4 that was sent to the Federal Communications Commission.[2] Due to the branch, it has a timebomb, and reuses the Windows branding from builds 9821 to 10166 instead of the Windows 10 one.
