Neko Project is a set of PC-98 emulators, which are intended to emulate non-IBM compatible PC-9801 and PC-9821 computers from the 1980s up to 2000. It splits into two emulators, being Neko Project II, which emulates PC-9801 computers, and Neko Project 21, emulating PC-9821 computers.
A fork called Neko Project 21/W can emulate PC-98 versions of Windows 1.03 up to Windows 2000 and Neptune.
