Windows XP build 2463 is a build of Windows XP. This build was initially available as a corrupt image file for an extensive period of time, and the complete version was later shared by UX.Unleaked blog founder Grabberslasher, who uploaded an ISO of this build to BetaArchive's FTP server on 31 January 2020. The complete version has corrupt copies of ADMIGRATION.MSI
and PWDMIG.EXE
.
This is the last available client build to feature the MIDI files found in the Windows\Media
directory that were first introduced in Windows 3.0 MME and Windows 95 (such as passport.mid
and Dance of the Sugar-Plum Fairy.rmi
), as the next build replaces them with flourish.mid
, onestop.mid
and town.mid
from Windows Me, and the Music Sample "Voices" by Intermix used in Windows Media Player. It is also the final build to feature the Internet Explorer logo used from version 4.0 to 5.5 and the classic Windows logo for generic applications.
