Windows Longhorn build 4030 (main) is a Milestone 5 build of Windows Longhorn. On 23 January 2020, this build was listed on a thread by UX.Unleaked blog founder Grabberslasher to be released to the BetaArchive FTP, and was released in the eleventh set of his 33 Longhorn/Vista builds on 3 February 2020 in the Home Edition and Professional SKUs, along with Windows Vista build 5808. It was compiled several days before its Lab06_n
counterparts, which were respectively produced on 30 June 2003 and 2 July 2003. It is the earliest publicly available pre-reset build of Longhorn to feature the Home Edition SKU.
Under the Home Edition SKU, the default user is "Owner" instead of Administrator on Professional installs.
