Windows Embedded POSReady 7 build 240 is the official Community Technology Preview 2 build of Windows Embedded POSReady 7. It was released to testers on 20 April 2011 on Microsoft Connect[1][2].
This build is often referred to by this buildtag: 1.1.0238.0.win7sp1_rtm_embedded_pos.110331-2127, which is the file version of X:\sources\embeddedutil.dll on the installation disc. However, the file C:\Windows\system32\KeyboardFilterSvc.dll contains the buildtag 1.1.0240.0.win7sp1_rtm_embedded_pos.110408-1524, so it is more likely that this was the actual intended tag and that build 238 is a previous unreleased version.
