Windows 8 build 8513 (win8_gdr_soc_ti) is an RTM escrow build of Windows 8 released to partners on Microsoft Connect. As such, it does not include most inbox applications by default apart from Internet Explorer and the Store.
The ARM32 compile of this build was uploaded to BetaArchive on 3 January 2020.

- This is one of the earliest available builds to feature the boot screen used in the RTM build. It would be later carried over to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
- The default accent color has been updated.
- Desktop and lock screen wallpapers from the final release have been added.
