Windows 8 build 8513 (win8_gdr_soc_nv) is a pre-RTM build of Windows 8, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 3 January 2020 in the ARM32 architecture.
This build and its related Intel and Texas Instruments partner-specific compiles are the earliest available builds to feature the boot screen used in the RTM build, and would later carry over to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. It is also the first build to introduce the desktop and lock screen wallpaper set seen in the RTM build.
As this build was released to partners on Microsoft Connect, it does not include most inbox applications by default apart from Internet Explorer and the Store.
