Windows 10 build 10546 is a build of Windows 10 November Update, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 8 May 2016. This build was originally released to Microsoft partners participating in the Ecosystem Engineering Access Program (EEAP) as a fifth drop release.[1]

The product key description in the legacy Windows Setup has been modified to state that the user can skip the step if it is being reinstalled.

The option to use more tiles that can allow up to 2,048 tiles in the start menu has been added.
Tablet mode[edit | edit source]
Tablet mode has been improved with the addition of snapping windows in task view.
Login screen[edit | edit source]
The option to disable the Windows Background has been added.

The Windows Store taskbar icon has been slightly altered in appearance.
Windows PowerShell has received a new icon.
Control Panel[edit | edit source]
The option links in the legacy Personalization Control Panel has been restored; although Desktop background and Color links launch the appropriate pages of the Settings app.
