You need to chill[edit source]
Your constant edits have made people concerned about your health, and they can get pretty annoying at times, as other people are trying to edit those same pages. Whenever someone creates a page, give around 5-10 minutes before your edit, as the original author is likely trying to fix the page. Orbitron (talk) 12:57, 6 June 2021 (UTC)
Please take care of yourself[edit source]
You have been constantly editing non-stop for extended periods of time (at most 14 hours of editing each day) and in turn have caused people around the BetaWiki community to be highly concerned about both your health and mental wellbeing. I highly recommend that you please take a break from editing immediately before your health deteriorates further.
Please listen to us. - pivotman319 (đŤ) 13:10, 6 June 2021 (UTC)
- I agree with Pivot. You don't have to really bother with this wiki if low-quality edits are what concerns you, we already have that covered. --AhmadB (talk) 13:13, 6 June 2021 (UTC)
Build list[edit source]
Can you please tell me why did you copypasted the Milestone 1 and 2 parts of the Windows 8 build list from BetaArchive Wiki? ToMi (talk | contribs) 13:50, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
- what?? I am not even ON ba wiki Norman 13:53, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
- Ah, I'm probably misunderstooding. https://www.betaarchive.com/wiki/index.php?title=Windows_8&oldid=451777: I was recently adding missing builds to the BA Wiki page and I slightly rewrote the first part of the buildlist, and I see the this wiki's part of the list is exactly the same (namely removing the "100???-????" from the "7788.fbl_uex_cxe_dev" build string, which I did on BA). Harsh Comments[edit source]
Hello. Can you please avoid harsh comments toward new users? Thanks. AhmadB (talk) 15:17, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
- sorry, just getting tired of having to add proper references manually all the time (ip that added it in is notourious for adding unsourced leak dates) Norman 15:20, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
They are still helping the wiki, you donât need to be so impatient, try to be more supportive of their work. Joe2005 (talk) 15:26, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
- I know that, I just dont like unsourced information. Norman 15:33, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
You could try and talk to them or be patient still... Joe2005 (talk) 15:35, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
Don't listen to them[edit source]
Norman is one of the greatest editors this wiki has to offer. If they choose to edit and fix articles on a regular basis, that's their life choice. Personally, that's what keeps me motivated to add to the wiki in the first place, as its like having a sidekick come along and edit articles with you. Blue Horizon 05:06, 26 June 2021 (UTC)

macOS Big Sur[edit source]
So i am very curious about why did you add x to Big Sur version after 11, but you didn't add an x to Catalina for example. Would be 10.15.x in that case. Miranoao (talk) 23:17, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
- alright, i added x to all other macos versions Norman 02:23, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
Question[edit source]
Can you look at the userâs talk page please? There is still serve vandalism... for like 4 hours! BGRComputers.co (talk) 04:26, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
- yeah that wont do anything... your best bet is to wait for the admins (goddamn wish i was one rn but im not) Norman 04:28, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
Me too, I wish I could, but Iâm not. BGRComputers.co (talk) 04:29, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
Norman, I will help you fight the vandal. Nara Insider (talk) 05:03, 9 July 2021 (UTC)
Abandoning the word "leaked" in build articles[edit source]
For some reason, you and the BetaWiki admin look like they're abandoning the word "leaked" in some build articles. Do you have a reason for this? â Preceding unsigned comment added by Wabbah (talk ⢠contribs)
there shouldn't be categories for builds of service packs.[edit source]
the "windows 2000 service pack 2" category makes no sense as the SP2 builds should just be placed on the "windows 2000" category. Gamerappa (talk) 17:14, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
- I think there should be categories for os updates and service packs, you know like windows 98 se, server 2003 r2 and windows 10 updates, the latter i will do soon Norman 17:20, 12 August 2021 (UTC)
Suggestion[edit source]
What Xeno said, If you want Xeno to fix any incorrect information on Xeno's user page, it's best for you to leave a message on Xeno's talk page rather than editing Xeno's user page (as it causes edit errors). BGRComputers.co (talk) 00:56, 1 September 2021 (UTC)
- sure, ill do that next time MShinoda8768 01:07, 1 September 2021 (UTC)
Windows Server 2022 edits[edit source]
Let Ryuzaki use the bots to edit the Windows Server 2022 build pages, because clearly you're not double checking your edits and that's a massive problem. Jurta (talk ⢠contribs) 18:25, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- WDYM? I edited the pages for builds 20201 to 20282 to direct to the proper name. Did i miss anything? MikeShinoda2001 (Norman) 18:27, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- Actually, disregard what I said about Ryu using the bots as they would just make the same mistakes that you're making (e.g. Not making the numbers match up with the list.) Jurta (talk ⢠contribs) 18:29, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- The preview numbers don't make sense anymore since you replaced the Iron references with "Windows Server 2022". I mentioned I wanted to use the bot to make the exact same edits as you have but mentioned that they would cause this to happen as well, so I didn't (and you didn't give me the chance to do it either :P) --Ryuzaki (talk | contribs) 18:31, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- Lol all thats left to do is pre 20201 and they will match up MikeShinoda2001 (Norman) 18:33, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
