About "internal"

Hi, I'd like to know what kind of build do you think counts as "internal". Does this range include builds like build 15221? Or does it also include those builds on Windows Update or UUP servers? Or all of them? Thank you for your contribution to this community and look forward to your reply:) Mizuumi (talk) 15:20, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

I think internal fits okay with the builds i've currently rewrote (11068-14251 and counting), as they were released to internal beta testers. If you want to, though, i can start using pre-release instead of internal, and keeping internal only to builds not released via the WU/UUP servers. Thanks for contributing to Windows 10 Mobile pages too, by the way Main3782 (talk) 15:22, 20 November 2024 (UTC)

Congrats!

Congrats on SysOP! You're a really cool person and absolutely deserve it. CyndaReal (talk) 23:01, 20 December 2024 (UTC)

Hello why am I the blocked?

Hello I was simply reverting the vandals and reporting in their talk pages and got blocked for it and they not blocked for it, I had to even switch the VPN to contact and ask for unblock so please unblock or explain the reason further! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.34.212.93 (talkcontribs)

You were adding nonsense to Office pages, and then blaming the person reverting your changes for vandalizing, essentially. Mainnn (talk) 16:57, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Hello I never add nonsense I just reverted the blatant content removing and bad editing never I could do such a bad thing! The light developer was modifying office pages with the bad content and I got now blocked again! Why you keep block me? I will stop edit the office page even tho you all are wrong but why block when all I do is help you? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.129.132.64 (talkcontribs)
Hopping onto a different VPS will not reduce the chances of you being unblocked. - pivotman319 (📫) 17:06, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Hello what did I do what is VPS? All I try do is fight vandalism and got false blocked and not the vandal got blocked but me and you keep blocking the VPN use for no reason this is just ridiculous — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.214.55.98 (talkcontribs)
VPNs are not blocked if used for legitimate purposes. You will only get blocked if you use them to vandalize or otherwise harm the wiki. Jevil7452 (talk) 17:10, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Edit: Oops, misread VPS as VPN. But still, I don't think legitimate users of such services will get banned... Jevil7452 (talk) 17:11, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Essentially, you were adding misleading info to the Office pages, and when your changes got reverted, you called the person that reverted them as a vandal even though they weren’t one. Mainnn (talk) 17:15, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Its not misleading info it was legeitimate info added by other people I put it in the page after it removed but I thought they were vandal to destroy the page sorry ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.62.235.118 (talkcontribs)
My two cents: someone who actually wants to help a wiki would fact check their information, and not get overtly aggressive when getting corrected, unlike you. My advice is to calm down and reflect on yourselves while the block is in effect; it would be an act of kindness to this site if you came back as a better contributor. --172.245.11.115 17:12, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Nobody was vandalizing anything, the portions that TheLightDeveloper removed were completely redundant and unnecessary. There is absolutely no need to list out every single Windows version and service pack supported or not supported by an Office version in the lead section. And instead of bringing this up on a talk page or somewhere to initiate discussion, you participated in an edit war, accused people of misinformation. We do not tolerate this kind of behavior. --Ryuzaki (talk | contribs) 17:16, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Hello my dear friend no need to get so angry all I did was reverting changes that I seemed to be not good sorry ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.62.235.118 (talkcontribs)
Since you're still primarily using webhosts and VPNs to bypass the blocks at this point consider yourself bounced from the wiki. BF10 (talk) 17:52, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Sorry I just try to help but I promise not to revert the edits in future and only make good quality edits — Preceding unsigned comment added by User321 (talkcontribs)

I need to increase my edit count (not a want but a need)

If a rule prevents you from maintaining or improving BetaWiki, ignore it. The rule prevents me from improving BetaWiki because I can't improve extended confirmed protected articles. UsernameDotPeeAitchPee (talk) 18:52, 29 January 2025 (UTC)

Yes, but you’re meant to earn these edits with actual edits, not meaningless sandbox ones. You literally wrote an article on this topic, yet you still did it yourself. Really? Mainnn (talk) 18:54, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
Are you seriously making up your own rules? There is no such thing about breaking rules if it prevents you from improving the wiki in the guidelines, our rules are absolute. Not to mention that that there are only two mainspace pages (not counting the WU build pages) that are extended confirmed protected, so you can always edit the thousands of other pages that are not. --Ryuzaki (talk | contribs) 19:30, 29 January 2025 (UTC)

Unblock request for User:UsernameDotPeeAitchPee

Please unblock UsernameDotPeeAitchPee. He has made useful contributions. 212.47.249.229 22:36, 29 January 2025 (UTC)

I’m guessing you’re them. No. You’re not getting unblocked. You made VERY VERY useless edits until you got the extended confirmed role, only to vandalize the pages that require that role. What’s funny is you also made an article on “Permission gaming”, and you literally broke the exact same rules that you wrote there. I hope you had fun doing all those useless edits! Mainnn (talk) 22:38, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
"useful" he literally made trillions of edits to get extended confirmed just to terrorice a redirect......................... Slovensky2000 (talk) 22:40, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
