About "internal"

Hi, I'd like to know what kind of build do you think counts as "internal". Does this range include builds like build 15221? Or does it also include those builds on Windows Update or UUP servers? I think internal fits okay with the builds i've currently rewrote (11068-14251 and counting), as they were released to internal beta testers. If you want to, though, i can start using pre-release instead of internal, and keeping internal only to builds not released via the WU/UUP servers.
