Talk:Windows RT
Page unprotection[edit source]
I'm requesting to remove protection from this article because the article was never vandalized, so there's really no need to keep the article protected. 46.8.174.181 13:59, 23 May 2023 (UTC) 46.8.174.181 (talk)
- This is simply a redirect to the Windows 8 page and there's no need to create a new article for such version where the only difference is by the name of the branding and architecture it runs on. This page will not be unprotected. BF10 (talk) 14:25, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
- Windows RT is an ARM version of Windows 8, so the article should be created. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.8.174.181 (talk • contribs)
- Or more likely a SKU of Windows 8, so no. Same with Windows 10, the ARM64 variant does also not have a separate page, for good reasons. -

- 15:07, 23 May 2023 (UTC) - It's practically not different from Windows 8 besides being an ARM version, which is not notable enough to have a separate article. NaraInsider1694 (talk) 15:09, 23 May 2023 (UTC)
- Since Wikipedia already has an article about Windows RT, I think Betawiki also should have one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.8.172.178 (talk • contribs)
- You think BetaWiki should document every single version of Windows in existence? No. NaraInsider1694 (talk) 11:27, 26 May 2023 (UTC)
