Windows XP build 2423 is a build of Windows XP. Several screenshots can be found in the Beta 2 Core Technology Guide. It features a different version of the Luna theme that's been changed from build 2415, and is identical to that of build 2428. This is also the first build to use Red moon desert as the default wallpaper.
