Windows 8 build 8331 (fbl_loc) is a build of Windows 8, which was uploaded to BetaArchive on 8 December 2014. It is a pseudo-localized build, which is used for testing the internationalization system. It also has a unique set of wallpapers. The German, Greek, Finnish, French and Italian languages were later uploaded to the aforementioned website on 18 October 2018.

In the German and Greek-language versions, the "Microsoft Confidential" disclaimer watermark on the desktop is incomplete.
Greek localization[edit | edit source]
Various aspects of the operating system, such as the Search utility, Desktop Gadgets and the first logon animation, are not fully localized.
