Windows 8 build 7971 is an unleaked Milestone 3 build of Windows 8, which was released on Microsoft Connect to OEM partners around 13 April 2011. Two screenshots of this build have been found, one on the MyDigitalLife forums, the other on BetaArchive[1]. While there are also many other screenshots claiming to be this build, most of them are fake.
A number of files originating from this build, most notably the Task Manager application, are included in the RedPill Enabler tool.
