Windows 8.1 build 9410 is a build of Windows 8.1. The ARM32 version of this build was shown at TechEd 2013 where Internet Explorer 11 was also demonstrated. The x86 version of this build was showcased in a video demonstrating the Start button.[1]

This build is notable as it is the earliest known build to re-introduce the Start button, which was removed in Windows 8. Behavior at this stage in development is largely identical to the Start screen thumbnail included as part of the initial Windows 8 release, which requires the user to mouse over to the bottom left corner of the screen to display.
