Windows 11 build 22635.3720 is a build of Windows 11 2023 Update. It was released to Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 7 June 2024.

Copilot[edit | edit source]
The standalone Copilot app, initially implemented in builds 26100.712, 26120.751 and 26227, has been backported to this build. This app is not installed by default. To install it manually, locate to %SystemRoot%\InboxApps\Microsoft.Copilot_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msix

Shell[edit | edit source]
- A new "Share" option has been added to search results within the Search page in Start menu for quickly opening the Windows Share flyout. This change can be activated manually by enabling the
45286411
velocity staging key. - If the system locale is set to China (PRC), turning on nearby sharing will display a notification for asking to allow turning on Wi-Fi and or Bluetooth should these settings be off.
Accessibility[edit | edit source]
The following features and changes to voice access have been added and rolled out to a subset of users:
- The ability to invoke Narrator commands.
- The ability to automatically restart voice access if it encounters any issues.
- New command for searching directly with Windows Search flyout.
Bugfixes[edit | edit source]
File Explorer[edit | edit source]
- Fixed an issue where when pressing ⊞ Win+E, a screen reader might unexpectedly say a pane had focus, or focus may not be set within File Explorer at all.
- Fixed an issue where pressing Ctrl+F would sometimes not start a search.
- Fixed an issue where keyboard focus might get lost sometimes when pressing ⇧ Shift+Tab ↹.
Bugs and quirks[edit | edit source]
General[edit | edit source]
Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) may not work after installing this build.
Shell[edit | edit source]
Clicking the profile icon on the Start menu and choosing "Change account settings" may not open account settings in the Settings app in certain cases.
Settings[edit | edit source]
- Navigating to the Wi-Fi properties page may lead the Settings app to crash.
- Attempting to install an optional feature via System > Option features may lead the Settings app to crash.
Widgets[edit | edit source]
The following issues are applicable if the new position for the Widgets entry point on left-aligned taskbars (previously introduced in build 22635.3420) are enabled:
- Toggling the Widgets option under Personalization > Taskbar in the Settings app may refresh the taskbar.
- Swipe invocation for the Widgets board and unpinning the Widgets entry point from the taskbar may not work if the taskbar is center-aligned.
- The Widgets board may be incorrectly positioned when Copilot is in side-by-side mode.
