Windows 11 build 22622.586 is a build of Windows 11 2022 Update. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 24 August 2022 as the KB5015669 enablement update to build 22621.586 for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

The "Always show menus" option in the Folder Options has been removed.

- Starting with this build, user's preferred state for the Suggested Actions setting under the Clipboard page will persist upgrade going forward.
- The ability to show 7-day history of resource access for various App permissions under their respective subpages in the Privacy & security page, which was initially introduced in build 25136, has been added.

- Fixed an issue causing DWM crashes in build 22622.575.
- Fixed an issue causing SQL Server Management Studio to fail to launch.

- Fixed an issue that was causing the left-half of the File Explorer title bar to not be draggable via mouse or touch.
- Fixed an issue where selecting multiple folders and then using the context menu option to open them in a new tab would unexpectedly open the first folder in a new tab and all the others in a new window.
- Fixed an issue causing Home, Documents, Pictures, and potentially other folders to become unexpectedly duplicated in File Explorer's navigation pane or appear on the desktop.

- Fixed an issue when dragging and dropping a folder to pin it to the navigation pane, that the line indicating where it would be inserted didn't have enough contrast in dark mode.
- Fixed an issue where the min / max / close button might not be visible in File Explorer when using a contrast theme.

- Fixed an issue which could lead to the taskbar overflow flyout unexpectedly appearing on the opposite side of the screen.
- Fixed an issue where the taskbar overflow flyout might appear floating away from the taskbar if you opened it after a display scaling change.
- Fixed an issue where if users right-clicked an app in the taskbar and selected Close all windows, it would bring the app into the foreground if it needed attention before closing.
- Fixed an issue where explorer.exe might crash when attempting to rearrange app icons on the taskbar while the taskbar overflow was open.
- Fixed an issue where if two monitors had different DPI, the taskbar overflow could appear before it was needed or end up overlapped with the date and time on the secondary monitor.

- Fixed a Settings crash that could happen when uninstalling certain apps.
- Fixed an issue where the buttons for changing current view under the Installed apps might unexpectedly show arrows overlaid on top.
Suggested actions[edit | edit source]
Fixed an issue where when Suggested actions was enabled, if users copied multiple items in a row to the clipboard history, some of the items might not display after ⊞ Win+V is pressed.

- The taskbar may not able to display if File Explorer is maximized and the taskbar is set to auto-hide.
- The Control Panel may fail to launch via shortcuts from the Start menu, Search or if pinned to the taskbar.
