Windows 10 build 18947 (rs_prerelease) is a build of the Windows 10 May 2020 Update, which was accidentally released to the Insider Fast Ring on 24 July 2019 before being pulled a few minutes later alongside builds 18946 and 18947 (rs_xbox).[1]
This build includes a broken version of the new Control Center also found in the other accidentally published builds. To enable the new design, the following registry value needs to be added:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Control Center]
"UseLiteLayout"=dword:00000001
