Talk:Windows 10X
SKU[edit source]
I think this is just an SKU of Windows 10, just like N or K.--Winins (talk) 11:47, 11 February 2020 (UTC)
Someone made misinformation[edit source]
Somebody edited the Windows 10X page to change the codename from Santorini (the real codename) to Charles de Gaulle (an airport in Paris area, France). This is blatant misinformation, so please change it back, moderators. Don't forget to edit lock it! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anonymoose (talk • contribs)
- This is indeed the codename; the Surface Neo (the device that runs on) is codenamed Santorini. 2001:F90:40A0:F84:2D57:83BC:7060:2B6F 23:11, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, but I swear, it was Windows 10X itself that was codenamed Santorini, and not the Surface Neo that the OS runs on. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anonymoose (talk • contribs)
- I was the one who added the actual OS codename - I have direct confirmation of the name, which is also referenced in its own package sources as
WCOSCDG
. Reverting it would only spread misinformation, not combat it. - pivotman319 (📫) 10:08, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
