NT 889 build[edit source]
Hey when and how can I get NT 889?— Preceding unsigned comment added by TipzTeam (talk • contribs)
How did you install 11105 without dism?[edit source]
Just wondering how. When I do the installation, it craps out halfway through. BenjiMadden7850 (talk) 07:38, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- You need to copy the exe and dll files from D:\sources to X:\sources. It will actually copy dism to the Boot drive (X:) which will let setup to continue. This happens to all builds in this build range (from 11103, at least)--Winins (talk) 07:40, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- I think it happens until 14257. I will test it later, starting out with the January 30th compile, then the rs1 onecore speech version. I am creating and improving pages for windows 10 versions from 1607 onwards. BenjiMadden7850 (talk) 07:42, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- It's nice for you to continue what I started:)--Winins (talk) 07:44, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks. It's gonna take quite a while tho BenjiMadden7850 (talk) 07:48, 7 August 2020 (UTC)

Why did you remove 3790.1232 from the Windows Server 2003 page?[edit source]
I know it is from the then-brand-new winmain lab, but how many times does the EULA mention Longhorn or Longhorn Server? None! That's why I added it to the Windows Server 2003 page. Yuds2003 (talk) 14:26, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
P.S. Also, the talk page there doesn't mention anything about 3790.1232. Yuds2003 (talk) 14:27, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- because it's a longhorn build. User:ChanceManRox (talk) 14:41, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
Even though it is technically a Longhorn build, unlike its client counterpart, it doesn't mention Longhorn ANYWHERE. Yuds2003 (talk) 15:20, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- Because 7746 has no mentions to Windows 8 anywhere, does that mean it's a Windows 7 build? — Preceding unsigned comment added by ChanceManRox (talk • contribs)
Windows 8 wasn't given its name yet, but the 3790.1232 server build is very confusing because of its place in the timeline or something. Yuds2003 (talk) 18:21, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
About 3615[edit source]
If you are wondering where 3615 is, its in the help section on the ftp. I think its very likely the same corrupt iso that can be found on archive.org and old-dos.ru.
I am also the one that was involved with its removal from the ftp back in september 2017. Jonas Suder | The OS enthusiast (talk) 13:18, 31 August 2020 (UTC)
