Microsoft WinPad build 3500 is a Windows 95-based build of Microsoft WinPad, which introduces a new interface and splash screen. It was compiled around the same time as Windows 95 build 89e. It was later superseded by 1.00.3705 introduced in Windows 95 build 99.

- New applications: Options, which is the WinPad options, and Import, which imports cardfiles from your directory.
- New user interface, almost the same as 1.00.3203.
- New splash screen.
