Manjaro is a Linux distribution initially released on 10 July 2011. Being based on Arch Linux, it features a rolling release update model and uses pacman as its package manager. Its main focus is user friendliness and accessibility, with the system being designed to work straight out of the box with its variety of pre-installed software. It is officially available in KDE, GNOME and Xfce 64-bit editions, but community maintained 32-bit and ARM variants using other desktop environments exist as well.
