Windows XP build 2600 is the official RTM build of Windows XP, released to manufacturers on 24 August 2001 and then to the general public two months later on 25 October 2001 with two main versions: Home Edition and Professional. PC manufacturers could sell PCs with XP pre-installed on 24 September 2001. A version of this build exists for Intel Itanium 64-bit processors.

This release would later be used as the base for Windows XP Embedded.

The build was uploaded by warez group Devils0wn on 29 August 2001, approximately two months before it became generally available and five days after it was released to manufacturers. On 20 September 2001, an infamous photograph of an individual holding a Professional SKU disc copy of this build near Microsoft's headquarters was taken and later published online.
