Windows Phone 8 build 9908 is an update build of Windows Phone 8, which was first released to the Windows Update servers as update KB2788410, and then pushed to the public along with builds 9905, 9906 and 10211. The update itself can be downloaded as a Delta package and installed on top of builds 9903 and 9906.[1]
While an official article documenting the changes present in this build was never published, it is suspected that this build, along with 9905 and 9908, are bug-fix builds that fix problems with random restarts on Lumia 920 phones and Wi-Fi radio connection issues.
