Windows Phone 8 build 9905 is an update build of Windows Phone 8, which was first released to the Windows Update servers as update KB2788407, and then pushed to the public along with builds 9906, 9908 and 10211. The update itself can be downloaded as a Delta package and installed on top of build 9903.[1]
While an official article documenting the changes present in this build was never published, it is suspected that this build, along with 9906 and 9908, are bug-fix builds that fix problems with random restarts on Lumia 920 phones and Wi-Fi radio connection issues.
