Windows NT 4.0 build 1381.2 is the official Service Pack 1 release of Windows NT 4.0, which was released on 16 October 1996. This is the last version of Windows NT for MIPS-based systems, as well as the only service pack to come integrated with installation media created after the release of it. All subsequent service packs came as part of an additional disk alongside with the installation media.

ws2help.dlland/ormsafd.dll - Fixed the bug in Internet Explorer 3.0 on RISC platforms, where computer could not connect to the host, and Internet Explorer 2.0 country code/language check bug
- Fixed memory leaks in Internet Information Server
- Fixed the bug in Windows Explorer, where the latter in some occasions did move operation, instead of copy
- Implemented Stop Messages on following modules:
