Windows NT 3.1 PDK 2 RC2 is a build of Windows NT 3.1, which was first referenced in the file TEXTHIST.XLS from the leaked Windows NT 3.5 build 782.1 source code. The build was first tested internally on 15 November 1991 on a Compaq 386/20e machine. This may be the same build that was demonstrated in early 1992 on a DECstation 5000 model 200 workstation, though this cannot be confirmed at this time.
