Windows 8.1 build 9600 (fbl_uex_drx) is a post-RTM build of Windows 8.1. It was shown in the Channel 9 video Smart Files in SkyDrive and Windows 8.1.[1]
The build lab name comes from the Windows Live Devices & Roaming Experience team (DRX), which produces the SkyDrive client applications. Given that the build was compiled shortly after the RTM, it does not contain many changes. The desktop is shown to have several shortcuts pertaining to internal features related to online Microsoft services.
