Windows 8.1 build 9600.16384 (winblue_rtm_partner) is a post-RTM build of Windows 8.1, which was uploaded to the Chinese website BetaWorld on 29 March 2020,[1] and was later publicly shared on 24 October 2024.
It was used to deploy Windows 10 build 11104 (rs1) onto an Intel Skylake 2-in-1 Reference Tablet Platform on 20 January 2016, via a network install initiated on Microsoft's corporate network.
