Windows 11 build 22631.1835 is a build of Windows 11, version 23H2. It was released to a subset of Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel on 8 June 2023 as the KB5027397 enablement update to build 22621.1835 (KB5027305) for new features included, which may not be enabled by default and instead be rolled out.

A new toggle has been added under Network & Internet > Cellular to control whether to use cellular when Wi-Fi is available but poor.
Narrator[edit | edit source]
Narrator natural voices in Simplified Chinese and Spanish (Spain and Mexico), initially introduced in build 23466 and build 23471, respectively, have been available for this build.
